Join us at Spring Plains Nature Conservation Reserve to celebrate the community-driven and created Heathcote Local to Landscape conservation initiative that looks to restore and reconnect the forests, woodlands and waterways in the region.
This FREE event offers a great opportunity for the local community to gather together around the Heathcote Local to Landscape initiative.
It includes a Walk and Talk through our Spring Plains Watershed Repair Pilot Project, where you can see first hand the innovative work to restore the health of this forest.
After the site tour, lunch will be provided with the chance to have a chat with the people who have been part of this pilot project for the last few years, and learn about the next steps for the community in the Heathcote Local to Landscape initiative.
